This is a space where drums are made, met, and shared slowly.

Whether through a finished drum, a beater, or the process of making one together, the work here is guided by relationship — with materials, with sound, and with time.

Nothing here is rushed into being, or separated from the hands that shape it.
Each piece and each process carries its own rhythm, and finds its keeper in its own way.

Questions That Often Arise

  • Yes. Each drum is made slowly and individually in my Coomba Park studio on the NSW Mid North Coast. I work with one hide and one frame at a time, allowing the stretch, lacing and sound to settle in their own rhythm.

  • I work primarily with ethically sourced kangaroo and deer hide. Some are left natural, some are dyed using cochineal for depth and tone. Each hide responds differently, which is part of what shapes the drum’s voice.

  • Yes. These are frame drums suited to personal practice, meditation, ceremony, or professional facilitation. No prior experience is needed — they meet you where you are.

  • Yes. Postage is included within Australia. Each drum is carefully wrapped and sent with its beater.

  • Afterpay and Klarna are available at checkout.

  • Yes. I offer private and small group drum-making sessions throughout the year. These are held in person in my Coomba Park studio and move at a steady, supported pace.
