Reiki Drumming Training
Rhythm as prayer. Sound as listening.
Reiki Drumming brings together two ancient, intuitive practices — Reiki and rhythm — not as performance, but as attentive presence.
This class is an invitation to work with the drum as a conduit rather than a tool.
We listen first. We feel. We respond. Reiki Drumming allows sound to arise from stillness, guided by Reiki rather than technique or tempo.
What Reiki Drumming Is
Reiki Drumming is not about learning to play music. It is about letting rhythm emerge naturally through attunement.
In this class, the drum becomes:
A point of focus for presence
A way to listen beneath the surface
A support for grounding and clarity
A companion in Reiki practice
The emphasis is not on skill, speed, or structure — but on relationship.
What This Class Offers
You’ll be guided through:
Combining Reiki practice with steady, intuitive rhythm
Working with the drum as an extension of Reiki flow
Allowing sound to support treatment and self-practice
Listening to vibration rather than imposing rhythm
Using drumming to support grounding, release, and focus
This is a gentle, contained introduction — suitable even if you’ve never drummed before.
Who This Class Is For
Reiki Drumming is suited to:
Reiki practitioners wanting to explore sound within their practice
Those drawn to rhythm but not performance
People who feel called to work more somatically and intuitively
Anyone curious about how Reiki and sound can meet
Musical experience is not required.
How the Class Is Held
This class is taught in a calm, supportive environment with:
Small group sizes
Clear guidance and demonstration
Plenty of time to listen, pause, and integrate
No expectation to play “correctly” or confidently
Drums may be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Silence is welcomed. Conversation is optional.
This Is Not About Becoming a Drummer
Reiki Drumming is not a performance skill, a therapy qualification, or a fast pathway into sound healing work.
It is a practice of presence, rhythm, and respect — something you may weave quietly into your Reiki sessions, self-practice, or personal life.
Practical Details
Format: In-person class
Prerequisite: Reiki Level 2 (Okuden or equivalent)
Location: Coomba Park, NSW

If You Feel Drawn to Work With Sound

You’re welcome here.
