Deepening the relationship. Refining awareness.
Okuden is a continuation of Shoden, offered to those who feel ready to deepen their practice.
At this level, Reiki becomes less about learning new things and more about refining awareness, sensitivity, and discernment. The practices become subtler. The listening deepens.
Okuden supports a shift from structure into relationship — with Reiki, with practice, and with yourself.
What Okuden Explores
In Okuden, we work with:
Expanded Reiki practices and applications
Greater sensitivity to subtle movement and response
Distance work and deeper energetic listening
Refinement of hands-on practice
Trusting perception without forcing meaning
This level supports confidence, not performance. Clarity, not intensity.
The Pace & Container
Okuden is taught slowly and carefully, with an emphasis on:
Integration rather than accumulation
Personal experience over explanation
Time for questions and reflection
Respecting individual rhythms
It is not about becoming “better” — it’s about becoming more attuned.
Prerequisite
Completion of Shoden is required before joining Okuden. This ensures a shared foundation and continuity of practice.
